docs get fails to download non-docs file type without an error message #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?

>google docs get --title FILE.rdf FILE.rdf

What is the expected output? 

Downloading FILE.rdf to FILE.rdf

What do you see instead?

nothing (no message output, no file download)

What version of the product are you using? 

0.9.9

On what operating system? 

Windows 7 Home Premium (with all updates)

What version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?

2.0.11 final

Please provide any additional information below.

Python 2.6.5

COMMENTS:  This is an arbitrary file type upload without conversion using the 
Google Docs web interface.

Try out r375. If you haven't used anything beyond the initial 0.9.9 release, 
this will overwrite your docs token (and note that you now have to copy and 
paste a verification code into the terminal).

Yes, this is one thing involving arbitrary files that will work without Apps 
Premiere.

Thanks. I'll have to give it a try, although the priority is frankly low
given that I can't use googlecl for upload, the more important issue for me.
Unless you need me to test, I may just wait for the next release.
