What steps will reproduce the problem?
The web page at http://code.google.com/p/googlecl/ lists the version 0.9.9 in 
the "Featured downloads:" section

What is the expected output?
I would expect to have version 0.9.10 listed.

What do you see instead?
Version 0.9.9 is listed.

Is it because 10 < 9 in lexical order?

The .zip file is still version 0.9.9

There's no zip for 0.9.10, since there were a few outstanding bugs for Windows 
users. Hopefully it'll be out today.
