create an Install page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to the wiki or te front page
2. look for te install instructions
3. browse for 30 minutes and finally find the 
http://code.google.com/p/googlecl/wiki/SystemRequirements page with th 
instructions

so:
- create an Install wiki page
- add some links from the FAQ and SystemRequirements    and Manual pages to it
- move some of the content of SystemRequirements to Install

That wll be more intuitive.
