googlecl does not preserve mtime #318

Files downloaded from picasa web albums stay with mtime set to current date.

So, mtime information is lost :(

i don't know if this info an be stored on google's servers.

mtime, as in time modified on a unix system? No, I don't think metadata 
assigned by the operating system is preserved.

A sync command might be able to (essentially) preserve modified time, so you 
may want to star Issue 170. But preserving mtime with the "get" task is not 
something GoogleCL will do, so I'll mark this Invalid. Please let me know if I 
misunderstood your problem. Thanks!
