What service (Calendar, Docs, Picasa) should be enhanced?

What is the enhancement?

To be able to do something like this:
googlecl youtube tag -n "my_video_1" --access unlisted

Currently (0.9.12) one can only use --access during creation of a video, 
according to the changelog and README.new-usage (I'm not able to test it 
myself, since Windows download of 0.9.12 is not available yet). 
It would be nice if we could change privacy options of existing videos too.
