Changing description of existing videos (e.g. youtube tag --description) #443

What service (Calendar, Docs, Picasa) should be enhanced?

YouTube.

What is the enhancement?

To be able to alter description of already uploaded videos, maybe by doing 
something like this:
googlecl youtube tag --title "my_video_1" --description "My new description"

Currently one can only set description during creation of a video, AFAIK. It 
would be nice if we could change description of existing videos too. Thanks!
