Write a Kirby Plugin (preferred) or Python script that assists users with backing up their install of LibSignTool and automatically updating to the newest version

Backup downloads a zip file of content, also has restore option that handles extraction of the same content
Updater has a minimum requirements checker that checks for a matching version of KirbyCMS to prevent incompatibilities

Added a dummy plugin to show current version. Might be possible to convert the entire project into a plugin which would enable updates through Kirby's repository? Will continue to investigate, won't make it to the 0.2.2 milestone, but the dummy placeholder will.
