Add Puget Sound salmon time series: Ballard locks counts #4

I learned last week that WDFW has an archive of salmon counts made by observers watching through windows in the ladder. It only covers adult returning sockeye, summer Chinook, & coho, but it may be worth scraping -- especially for the coho since Hanson's papers indicate coho and chum are in the SRKW fall diet in Puget Sound, & J pod's first fall visit to the main basin last weekend (Sat-Mon) seems to have happened before the fall chum run (based on anecdotes told by recreational fishers)... (Or maybe those chum are holding in Puget Sound waiting for some more rain events?)

Thanks Scott! When time allows, I can start with scraping this year's data :)
