• [x] 1. Establish alert feature for recreational boater eduction & community scientists (NWFFE grant)
• [ ] 2. Upon a Cascadia curation event, update Acartia record
• [ ] 3. Pull human+AI acoustic detections from Acartia & display in WA/OA
• [ ] 4. Post new OA observations for all species to Acartia
• [ ] 5. Data exchanges with Happy Whale and iNaturalist across Acartia domain
