Add crosshairs or other indicator at the center of the map #5

Problem: as a user of Whale or Ocean alert sighting from land, I want an easy and more precise way to center the map view on my observation of a marine species.

Currently this is the Hybrid view on iOS;

My preferred solution would be something like the crosshairs (with lat/lon on borders) UI of INaturalist:

Manual entry UI is the next major priority for Whale Alert so hopefully progress on this by the 1st of the year
