Provide this app as a Docker image #437

Looking at everything that needs doing to install the app I realise that I have no dea how to do most of that and TBH I don't want to add more on my already bloated system. Many apps are now coming as docker images which rund anywhere without the end user having to install anything. It would be good if this was in a Docker image and so easy to install
