Consolidate repos

All of the repos that offer the various authentication backends should be migrated to the salopensource org on GitHub.

Hopefully the following checklist helps. IMO this task is can be closed right now if you want. sal-ldap was the main repo missing from the salopensource org.

Some of these should probably be killed. The puppet module will need to stay where it is or r10k will break when the url changes (and I think it should do as well for visibility).

A wiki page with the various modules / cookbooks / whatever salt calls them would probably make more sense for the 'how you can deploy this stuff with config management' issue.
