Test orphans are correctly crawled when provided in urls
Test URLs are correctly crawled when provided as string
Shave seconds off the PHPUnit test time by reducing needless time between requests on localhost crawl

Hi friends, this one just needs a quick review since it's only additional tests for functionality already in develop.
