Ah yes, well there is no 'team' right now, there is only me. Part of what I am doing now to create version 4.0 involves opening up the code to make it more maintainable, understandable, and easier for more developers to get involved.
I did start work on a Windows version of LiVES, and reached a point where it would run, to a certain extent. However, there were lots of random crashes, and performance was abysmal. The idea was to keep the Linux version free and release LiVES for Windows as a commercial product. However, with the quality issues, as well as the fact that I wanted to make many changes in the base version, it became impossible to maintain. Since I was already planning the current updates to make the code more accessible, I decided to do this first, then after that point look into hiring somebody to work specifically on the Windows port. That would better as well, as there are things like direct X that could be added to make it perform better. I hope to have 4.0 released this year, and along with that update the website, so maybe next year the work I started can finally be concluded.
Hello Dear LiVES team, @salsaman,
I search the Windows build, where I can download it?
"LiVES for Windows will be coming later in 2019 !"

Thanks in advance.
