feat: 完善选人组件文档，增加对钉钉 JSAPI 鉴权的说明 #381

目前选人组件使用了钉钉的 JSAPI dd.biz.contact.complexPicker，但该 API 需要鉴权。

在文档中增加说明，引导开发者做好鉴权工作。
