Test for each of the different modes to measure stability with respect to radial velocity standards:

Current best result in MR red arm for 14 RV standards from 20141001 - 20140314 is 

  delta_v = -0.31 km/s
  sigma_v = 0.6 km/s

This is based off a single measurement of a fit to the Halpha line.
