Aria2 download into zpan #14

support transfer a remote file to the zpan, could implement it base on aria2.

Hi, I have a few questions about the implementation of this feature?

  1. Does Zpan transfer a remote file by directly calling the RPC interface of aria2?
  2. Does the installation of Aria2 need users to do it themselves?

How to achieve this demand I have not investigated. The installation of Aria2 should definitely be integrated into zpan.
