Admin page not working, blank page #3

I have tried reinstalling using other configurations, installing dependencies and I can't get the administration page to work. everything else seems to be correct. What can be?

I have accessed the administration panel, but for /site/AdminPanel, it was not changed to the name I set during the installation, I think this should be fixed.
