Fix for debian repo for latest version #18

I'm trying to install latest version (18.2) and repo is signed with key A7862CEE, but I can't find it in a keyserver. This change allows to define key_url: true to download key from repo_url/Release.key

Thanks @scambra, one more change I forgot to mention: if you can change the default version here and here to 18.2.5-139.1 so tests pass, I think we'll be ready to merge.

@scambra why does the centos bareos repo fails here?

I have checked the download.bareos.org and RedHat and Centos repos have the same version....

@aboe76 I don't know, I'm not used to centos or redhat, and I don't have access to anyone to test. Previous version had after version number, it was 17.2.4-9.1, I don't know if * was needed to fix centos

I see, * was needed for centos because version is actually 'bareos-director-18.2.5-139.1.el7'
