Fixed Test-Kitchen

• Use vagrant-cachier plugin for faster provisioning
• Use bento vagrant images
• Use latest version on Salt
• Copy only the bareos formula to target VM
• Use inspec verifier
  • TODO: Write tests for all platforms
• Use postgres & mysql upstream formulas for the sandboxes
  • Removed the custom test formulas for those dbs

Bareos Director

• Pin package version
• Separate the installation of core packages and director plugins
• Changed the database management to use build-in function to run commands as a separate user
