[BUG] Updating the repository to a new version appends to the file. #22

beats: version: 8 use_upstream_repo: True

Bug details

Describe the bug

I'm upgrading some beats from version 7 to version 8. When creating the repos it goes and appends the new repo instead of changing the repo and therefore leaving the installation in an inconsistent state.
