Configuration files templates and default values update for RedHat
'replace' flag set to 'False' in query.log state due to Salt complains

@t0fik , this PR overlaps (IMHO) with #70. I'm think these features are a great addition to the formula, but I'd like you and @AaronFoley to decide on which of they both to merge so we can then add what's missing? What do you think?

I think it is probably better to merge @t0fik PR.

Only thing it is really missing from mine is keys.
