Hi,

Here are some additions / changes, making the formulas more configurable with more choices.

No hardcoded path : possibilty to install gitlab where you want
Use of original Postgresql / Nginx formulas
Original initd script from Gitlab setup
Proxy for git.latest / gem
Install package from archive
Configuration keys for secret_key and secret_file (gitlab_shell_secret)
Lot of little things...

This is a pretty big change but looks okay to me on a first review. I'm going to leave this open for others who may want to take a look. What operating systems have you tested this on?

Only Ubuntu 15.10.
