Clarify that you have to enable the ip_addrs function for those less familiar with the Salt Mine. Also fix some formatting issues.

@tmandry Can you please change the note section back to how it was? You've removed the indentation which (if it ever works on github again) creates a section specifically for that. Once that's done this should be good to merge.

Ah got it, I didn't realize it was a Github issue. Done.

Awesome thanks a ton! We've been in contact with them regarding this issue, but haven't heard anything back so far.
