Icinga web 2 addition #8

Hi, The content in the fork adds Icinga Web 2 installation. A new state is available in the top.sls: icinga2.icinga-web2

It also simulates all the actions the Icinga web 2 installation wizard would do.

After the installation the user interface is available at: http://some.ip/icingaweb2/

User: admin Password: admin

It was tested on Precise Pangolin (32 bits);
