Depricate this repository and build-essential-formula and create a common repository to install development tools irrespective of the OS.
Why not combine this formula and https://github.com/saltstack-formulas/build-essential-formula this one? Check if os is Debian or Ubuntu or RedHat. Depricate both these repositories and create a common repository that installs the packages needed to build.
