It would be great if the correct ones could be incorporated into map.jinja so that CentOS users don't have to set the pillar value. This PR is, however, a definite improvement.

@babilen thanks for your feedback. You're right, I moved the user and group into the map.jinja. I verified the user and group based on: nrpe-2.15-7.el7.x86_64.rpm and nrpe-2.15-7.el6.x86_64.rpm for RedHat / CentOS. Arch uses also nrpe as user and group: nrpe.install.
