Remove events. #23

Reason: In masterless mode, salt-call will not continue when an event is being sent, i.e. it will hang there forever.

This is definitely a problem, I'm going to merge this in. If you think of a good way to implement a check that would be great.

Will check with Salt, probably a bug there. Thanks for merging back.
