@laurentL Thanks for this PR. I'm not keen on the current proposal because it is changing it for Debian only and leaving all of the other entries for Subsystem the same. Perhaps we don't need to change any of them but fix something in the formula itself. Can you please share your configuration details so we can try to reproduce the problem first? So that would be the output of:

Please specify the formula's commit hash and/or release tag that you are using.

Versions reports (master & minion)

Provided by running salt --versions-report or its short-form salt -V. Please also mention any differences in master/minion versions.

Pillar / config used

Provide links to the SLS files and/or relevant configs (be sure to remove sensitive info).

I never had a problem with the current state of Subsystem on any Debian installation, therefore I close this PR. Please re-open if the problem still persists! :-)
