redis:instances: manage multiple redis instances #79

Using systemd unit templates

LGTM and targets #43 and Travis CI failure is not related to the PR.

Travis CI failed because of service. running timeout (state needs retry) and wrong service name for centos (needs fix).

I will merge this because multiple instances is common requirement for everyone and rebase my PRs
