Update `kitchen.yml` to use pre-salted images like the other `sematic-release` formulas #34

We've got a large number of semantic-release formulas now:

All of these have been converted over to using the pre-salted images, including the develop images, which provide much faster and comprehensive testing opportunities. vault-formula is the only exception -- are there any objections to moving this one over as well? The main issues are that there's no pre-salted amazonlinux image available and the suites may need some tweaking.
