chore: use `semantic-release` cross-formula standard structure #37

@dafyddj Would you care to look over this? This is the end result from your last PR (#35) and our conversations in Slack about using kitchen test instead of kitchen verify, which I've currently adhered to here via. the yet-unreleased ssf-formula. This PR is part of group of 25+ PRs released together, most of which have been merged now.

If not, I'll probably go ahead and merge this in the next day or so -- there are more changes to be propagated throughout all of the semantic-release formulas!
