ci(kitchen+travis): replace EOL pre-salted images #39

So, no more tests on Debian 9? It's not EOL, Debian 8 is. Moreover Debian 10 is still not officially supported by Salt cf https://repo.saltstack.com/#debian

@daks Excellent points, this matrix isn't set in stone and can easily be modified, now or afterwards. I'd like to keep track of all of the discussions about this in one place. One of these two places is a central location:

I prefer the first one, since we already started discussing these matters there.

You're right, I forgot that we already started this discussion, and I already talked about Debian9/Debian8. So nothing more to say :)
