[FEATURE REQUEST] Support removing a PTF from a SUSE system #63442

PTFs (Product Temporary Fix) are special packages with dependencies to other packages which fix a special problem. When you want to remove this PTF package, you need to use a new introduced zypper command removeptf. The zypper salt execution module should provide a function for it.
