What does this PR do?

This PR fixes several detected issues:

Fix status.diskusage to avoid crashes when stats cannot be obtained from a mounted path.
Avoid testsuite errors when Docker connection is not available.
Avoid "test_cmdmod" failure when output contains DeprectationWarnings.
