Changes default paths

My reason for changing that is that it's called out in the docs as the "default"; if we then later in the setup tell the user to point the download dir in their downloader at /mnt/unionfs/downloads/BLAH it will possibly generate confusion and questions.

The entry in "settings.yml" will not really be used ultimately [since the /downloads map is deprecated], but I think it should be consistent with what the rest of the docs will say.
