Description

Adding a role for zigbee2mqtt, for use with homeassistant, node red, home bridge, and various other home based applications.

From the website:

Allows you to use your Zigbee devices without the vendor's bridge or gateway.
It bridges events and allows you to control your Zigbee devices via MQTT. In this way you can integrate your Zigbee devices with whatever smart home infrastructure you are using.

How Has This Been Tested?

I tested this pretty widely on my home server for a few months, and after a bit of tweaking the role, I think its ready to go. Obviously feel free to critique, or ask for closure of the pr if you think it unnecesarry. I have tested the role on my home server as well as on my hetzner server.

[x] Tested on local home server with home assistant [x] Tested on Hetzner server [x] Confirmed working container on home server, while remote hetzner server doesn't have a /dev/ttyusb "Device" so the container fails.

uuuugh forgot to add to sandbox.yml again

As discussed on Discord, it's my preference this not be in Sandbox and rather posted somewhere to be implemented in saltbox_mod or a collection of Docker Compose stacks that can slide in to SB.

I'm all for it, sorry owine, I'll close this then. Wasn't sure and I'd asked again briefly about what we ought to do. I always get messages from here really late so that is on me!
