feat(role): add Foregejo

Description

Forgejo is a fork of Gitea that was created after name Gitea was taken over by Gitea Ltd, the for profit company now behind Gitea.

Please note that the Codeberg container registry does not have a latest tag, so I have pinned the latest version (1.19.3-0).

How Has This Been Tested?

• [x] App is working as expected. (Container is alive and answering to requests)
• [x] App use a dedicated folder in /opt directory.
• [x] A subdomain is correctly created for the web-ui. (via Cloudflare)
