Adding Maintainerr role

Description

Brief overview of what this role is If you have limited storage you can use this to create rules of when media should be removed. For example someone made an overseerr request for a movie but it has sat unwatched for 90 days you can remove it. Same example they made the request and have already watched it, you can remove it. Possiblities are endless.

It was already established maintainerr is beta software and not ready for Sandbox.
