Transfer comments from sandbox settings file

For new Sandbox app/role documentation, please confirm you have completed the following tasks:

[X] App documentation page created
[X] Reference added in dpcs/sandbox/index.md
[] Reference added in mkdocs.yml

APP pages need completing, only very basics and dummy info in place.
