Add tqm to docs

Added documentation on tqm to the docs repo. Also added core to recommended install types for @keldian in omegabrr.md

Ah I didn't add anything for editing the service file.

Seems like the docs should have the user setup the config before running the role.

I don't like the settings.yml bit I added. Should I edit that down and remove the example? just leave the plain text?

Shouldn't be instructing editing to the service file directly as it will be overwritten on any run of the role.

That should be better. Is it ok I left the service bit at the end? Just stating what it would change.
