Add DB via Docker #13

Hey, great project, thanks for your effort!

I wanted to try something locally but the DB setup was very cumbersome. So I added a much simpler docker DB setup. If you like it, perhaps you can accept the PR or include it as an alternative in the readme.

Seems like this project is no longer maintained. I created a template with some overlapping functionality at https://github.com/thisismydesign/nestjs-starter
