The fuel transfer rate from the stab tank to the center wink tank is very slow. When the stab tank is full, it's going to take about 15 hours for it to transfer to the center wing tank fully. I don't know much about the 747, but that seems very slow.
Expected behaviour
It shouldn't take 15 hours to transfer fuel from tank to tank.
Steps to reproduce
Let the stab tank automatically start trasnfering. It's going to take a while
