download OI File Manager from the Market when possible #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to browse to upload songs

What version of the product are you using? On what device / Android
version? Sprint hero running 2.1

For the time being, you can try installing the OI File Manager from the Market 
app.  After that, SoundCloud Droid should allow you to browse for a file to 
update.

In the future, it would be good for SoundCloud Droid to go to the Market page 
for OI File Manager when possible (rather than downloading it from the 
internet).
