As title, it is time to update mORMot to version 2, so we can use new optimized debug information for FPC. See https://blog.synopse.info/?post/2021/06/26/Embed-Small-and-Optimized-Debug-Information-for-FPC

ToDo:

[x] Update git submodule mORMot
[x] Insert in github action, step to compile tool dbg2map and another step to transform DWARF .dbg in .map (and append in exe file)
