Better installation method #161

Installing KIPET seems to be problematic for several users.

I would like to include scripts that allow users to install KIPET with only simple inputs such as the installation directory and potentially the environment, fork, branch, etc.

I have started to work on this because of my testing needs, but think it would be helpful for users as well. I have included a first version of such a script in the latest pull request: install_kipet.sh

This, however, is only for Linux users. We need one for Windows as well.

Kipet can now be installed as a package using the new structure.
