any possibility for the knoxpatcher apk to work on samsung phones with custom os? #20

With "custom os" you mean One UI-based custom ROM's or AOSP ROM's? The module should support One UI-based custom ROM's just fine, but the majority of those already have all the patches to fix Samsung apps in place. Regarding AOSP ROM's, there's no reason to add support for these since the Samsung apps do work without any extra patch due to the missing Knox API's in the ROM. You might just need to spoof some props in AOSP ROM's since apps such as Galaxy Wearable will not work in AOSP ROM's if the device manufacturer is set to "Samsung" (More info in this XDA thread).
