"Summon" a DAO Construct #4

Would like to build a Construct that deploys everything needed to "summon" a new DAO. It should include a CI/CD pipeline for websites and secure management of keys. It should also support customization of the DAO's policy, such as how voting works. Not sure how we'll do this, but I hope that we can provide tools that integrate a DAO into GitHub and AWS so that the community can control access to Resources.

Still not sure if it's even possible to build a DAO in AWS. DAOs use GitHub so I don't see why not.
