Sign Out Functionality

We need to provide the ability for the user to sign-out and end the session.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] User can sign-out via the Menu (Drawer)
• [x] Signing out redirects the user to the login page.
• [x] Signing out expires authenticated token
• [x] A toast is displayed when successfully signed-out
