Working on Front End (components)

• Put placeholder for subtitle in layout (was stuck making it dynamic but hardcoded it for now and moved on)
• NavBar is in layout now (I need to make it hidden in some pages while it is shown in the others. (stuck))
• Setup structure/layout for pages
